The Powaspred is a versatile pto driven top dresser which will apply dressings from pure sand to loam mixtures of various densities. The operating principle utilises an oscillating base plate. The efficiency and
adaptability of this patented principle is unmatched and the hopper design greatly facilitates material loading.

It is quiet in operation. A brush at the point of discharge powers the dressing into the base of the sward and a cut-off lever gives instant response.

The ability of the Powaspred to handle the following materials efficiently gives some indication of its versatility.

1. Top dressings on turf with controlled
   accuracy
2. Redgra and other similar hard play
   area top dressings
3. Sharp sand for playing field application
4. Rock salt for winter maintenance on
   access roadways and footpaths.

The spreading width is 122cm (48ins). Pto drive provides the facility to vary the
discharge mechanism speed relative to the tractor forward travel speed. allowing the
operator to increase or decrease the application density by simple gear change on the
tractor.

Wheeled or fully mounted versions are available.

A model with spreading width 198cm (78ins) is available for use with tractors of
20hp and above. (Model ref TDM/78PT.)

An independently powered version with 5hp engine is also available for use behind vehicles without pto drive. such as land Rovers.
